CCC Approved Power Cord

CCC stands for China Compulsory Certification, commonly known as CCC Mark. The 3C mark is a compulsory safety mark for many products imported, sold or used in the Chinese market.

The CCC approved power cords provided by our company show good electrical performance, small bending radius and high softness. Both solid and stranded PVC power cords are frequently used in power units, with a rated alternating voltage of 450/750V or less.

Our company mainly provides four models of CCC approved power cords, BV, RV, RVV and BVR. All four models are using PVC as insulator and copper as conductor. However, each model has specific features different from others. BV cable refers to a solid cable, which features high strength and hardness, whereas, BVR cable is a kind of stranded wire which is soft and has small strength. As for RV and RVV, the RV cable is a single-core cable while the RVV cable is two strands of RV cables together covered with PVC coating.

In compliance with the national standard, GB/T 5023-2008 standard, the BV power cord uses high-quality oxygen-free copper as conductor, allowing for excellent conductivity and continuous use. The insulator is made using first-class PVC material, with wonderful insulation, good weather-resistance and a long lifespan.

The RVV cable is mainly used in medium-size and light portable equipment, instruments, home appliances, lighting devices and so forth. It also finds an application in signal transmission and bridge construction.
